Hello, Not sure the concept of “good value” exists 🙂 I buy from buonissimo.hk primarily and sometimes from stabletradingltd.net (usually not on their website so ring them). Smell them to be sure they are fresh before you buy. Check the ingredient section under “Truffles” to see the various types to ensure you buy the correct one.

Hello Milind, I would be happy to help! Here is a list of some of the books I use: https://www.livingalifeincolour.com/about/resources/ Be sure to read through the description as some are in Italian. I assume you are looking for English books? Are you looking for any particular style of regional cooking or an overview of Italian cooking? I am not sure where you are located but Book Depository and Amazon are good places online to find them.

      Hi Anna,
I am not sure where you are but if you are in the US, try buonitalia.com They have natural hazelnuts from Piemonte. Toast them in a frying pan or in the oven. They will last longer untoasted. If you are not in the US, let me know. In Hong Kong, Stable Trading or buonissimo likely have it.

Hi Silvia, Sorry to disappoint you but I have yet to make the perfect panettone myself where it can be easily repeated by others. I do know that when it comes out of the oven, it needs to be hung upside down. They often bake them in paper and then put a stick through the bottom to hang it from a rack. Will keep trying and let you know when I come up with something good.
