This dish is quick and easy. It is ideal to allow the beef to marinate for an hour before serving but it is not necessary if time is short. It can also be accompanied by sliced onion, sliced spring onion, rocket and/or shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese depending on preferences.

Ingredients
  • 100 grams bresaola, slice paper thin
  • ¼ lemon
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
  1. Ideally an hour before serving, place the bresaola on a serving plate. Squeeze lemon juice, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt, and grind black pepper evenly over the bresaola.
