      Hello,
Thanks for your message. The testo is 21/22 cm in circumference. The handle is relatively long, about 40 cm? I hope this helps. Stay safe and enjoy cooking!

Very interested in making SUSUMELLE cookies, but I want to recheck the amount of baking powder. Is it 16 grams? Is 16 grams the equivalent of 3.2 tsp per a chart I saw online? The cookies look wonderful, and as my family is from Calabria, I would really like to make these. THANKS in advance.

Thank you for contacting me. Yes 16 grams is roughly 1 level tablespoon (15 grams) plus 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 grams). I hope that helps. They are delicious biscuits and we very much love Calabria, particularly Tropea. Enjoy!
